We will show you not only how very individual we are, but also how individually we need to practice and teach – with Yin and Yang styles of Yoga.

An In-Depth Study of Yin YogaFeb 21 - Mar 28
In these workshops we will be exploring the fundamental principles of Yin Yoga by approaching the practice in two distinct ways, first by targeting the spine and hip regions of the body and then by focusing on the more subtle aspects and working with meridian channels in order to stimulate Qi, or Prana flow to the organ system and deeper regions of the body.
Throughout the six week series you will learn why this is such an important complementary practice to help maintain health in the core regions of the body – vital for our overall health and well-being. All sessions will include periods of guided meditation as an introduction to mindfulness practices.
Date and time: 1 – 3pm Saturdays
Cost: $40 per session or $200 for all six
